A great sensory experience has opened up not far from where Apollo Creative is based. The beach created by FEVA is located at Henshaws Arts and Crafts Centre and is set to draw in big crowds of youngsters and adults alike.

FEVA once again returns for its annual festival of entertainment and visual arts. There are a wide variety of events going on in Knaresborough from live music to art trails around the town.

The urban beach experience is encouraged to be used by everyone and from a sensory point of view, it’s going to be a great experience. The feeling of sand on the body and the visual decor of the beach lifestyle is perfect for children with sensory processing disorder (SPD) to engage in a fun way. Henshaws Arts and Crafts Centre is a fantastic centre for disabled people and will welcome anyone to the exciting experience!

Apollo Creative are excited to see FEVA return once again as it gives the town a real buzz and boosts visual arts & creativity for all to see.

Don’t miss out! The beach is open until Sunday 21st August 2016. So dig out your bucket and spade and head down to Henshaws.
